北添 紫光（きたぞえ しこう）
高知県を中心に活動するパーカッショニスト。
ネパールの「マーダル」をはじめ、インドの「タブラ」、トルコ/エジプトの「ダラブッカ」など数々の民族打楽器を中心に、コンガ、ドラム、トイパーカッションまで幅広く演奏する。
主催バンド「Fairy Pitta」以外にも多数のミュージシャンのサポートメンバーとしてライブ演奏する傍ら、2017年より楽曲制作を開始。1stアルバム「IMMORALITY」ではギター、チェロ、鍵盤ハーモニカを含む全楽器を自ら演奏している。
1979年生まれ。父は「APSARAS」ドラマーでありマーダルワークショップ創設者の北添茂。
Shiko Kitazoe is a Japanese percussionist who mainly performs and teaches in Kochi Prefecture.
He performs various ethnic percussion instruments, specializing in Nepal's "Madal", Indian "Tabla",
Turkish / Egyptian "Darbukka". He occasionally performs with the conga, drums, and toy percussion too.
He started his own band "Fairy Pitta" in 2015, supported a large number of musicians of various bands as their percussionist, and even started producing his original pieces in 2017.
His first self-produced album "Immorality" has a range of instruments - guitar, cello, keyboard harmonica - which are all played by himself.
Born in 1979. Lives in Kochi, Japan.
